Why Loving Surrogates exists, and why it still matters
Loving Surrogates was born from a simple observation: most families going through surrogacy are not looking for a vendor — they are looking for people they can trust. We built the agency we wished existed when we first started this work.
It started with a question, not a business plan
The founders of Loving Surrogates came to this work through international adoption, reproductive law, and fertility coordination. We saw, up close, how a journey can be deeply meaningful — or deeply painful — based almost entirely on the quality of the people guiding it. So we built a team that puts human support above everything else.
Born from Experience
Built Around You
Refined Over Time
Independent by Choice
Any agency can be kind on the easy days. The real test is what happens when something goes wrong — a delayed cycle, a complication, a paperwork hurdle, an emotional low. That is the day we work hardest to deserve your trust.
- We answer the phone, even when the news is not what you want to hear.
- We explain what we know, what we do not know, and what we are doing about it.
- We never make you feel like a case number, because you are not one.
- We treat the surrogates and donors we work with the same way we treat you.

A surrogacy agency focused on clarity, calm, and care
We exist to remove the friction, the confusion, and the loneliness that too often surrounds a surrogacy journey — without ever losing sight of the human beings at the center of it. Intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, and the children who will be born: every decision we make starts there.
Tatiana Kudriavtseva: International surrogacy program coordinator
Our team is small on purpose. Everyone you meet is a senior member of the agency, with years of experience in their area. You will not be handed off to a junior account manager or a call center — you will work with the people below, in some form, from day one.

Tatiana is an experienced international adoption and surrogacy specialist who coordinates surrogacy programs in Ukraine and supports intended parents in several languages.
Tatiana Kudriavtseva is a surrogacy program coordinator at Loving Surrogates, with a strong background in international adoption procedures and family law. She holds a degree in Philosophy from the National Linguistic University of Kyiv, which gives her a solid analytical and ethical foundation for managing complex family-building processes.
Tatiana speaks Spanish, English, Russian and Ukrainian fluently, and also has a high level of Italian, allowing her to guide international intended parents with clear, empathetic and multilingual communication. In Ukraine, she is responsible for selecting surrogates, coordinating all medical and logistical steps, assisting parents during their stay in Kyiv and overseeing every legal procedure to ensure that the process is safe, efficient and fully compliant with regulations.
Six principles that guide every program of surrogacy we run
Values are easy to print and hard to live by. These are the ones we hold ourselves to every day — and the ones we hope you will feel in the way we work with you.
Honesty First
Calm, Always
Care for Everyone
Transparency in Cost
Discretion Always
Quality Over Volume
The Way We Work With You — From First Call to Going Home
The way an agency structures its work tells you almost everything about the experience you will have. Here is ours: a single coordinator, a clear process, and the same people around you from the first conversation to the day you bring your baby home.
Continuity Is the Difference
First Conversation
Dedicated Coordinator Assigned
Multidisciplinary Team Activated
Continuous Support
The most unexpected part of our journey was how present the team stayed. From the first call to the day we brought our daughter home, we never had to explain our case twice.

Why So Many Families Stay in Touch After Birth
The strongest sign that an agency did its job well is that the families keep in touch. We are proud of the long relationships we have built with the people who once trusted us with the most important year of their lives.

About Loving Surrogates: frequently asked questions
The questions families ask us most often about who we are and how we work. If you do not see your question here, send us a message and we will answer personally.
How long has Loving Surrogates been guiding families?
Loving Surrogates has been guiding international families for over 10 years. Our team brings together experience from international adoption, reproductive law, fertility coordination, and psychological support.
Where does Loving Surrogates operate?
Our flagship programs run in Colombia, with additional coordination in Ukraine, Georgia, and Mexico depending on each family’s profile and legal eligibility. We only work in destinations with a clear, permitted legal framework.
In which languages can I communicate with the team?
Our coordination team is fully multilingual. We work comfortably in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German, and we coordinate with native-speaking partners for additional languages when needed.
Will I work with a dedicated coordinator or be passed around?
You work with a dedicated coordinator from your first call through the post-birth documentation. Specialists join when needed (legal, medical, psychological), but your coordinator remains your single point of contact throughout the program.
Are you a clinic or an agency?
We are an independent consultancy. We are not tied to a single clinic or destination, which means we can recommend what is genuinely right for your case — even when it is not the most profitable option for us.
Why should I trust Loving Surrogates with my journey?
Because we treat your journey the way we would want ours to be treated: with calm, with honesty, and with the kind of care that never disappears between the first call and the day you go home with your baby
